Dossier

I'm Jordan Bailey, a voice actor based in Atlanta, born in Frankfurt.

What matters to me most is not just how a read sounds, but whether it actually reaches out and connects with the audience. If the tone is off, the pacing feels forced, or the message gets lost, none of the rest of it matters.

I find what the project is really asking for and meet you there. Sometimes that means restraint. Sometimes it means presence. Sometimes it means giving the line just enough weight to make people feel it without pushing too hard. I’m not interested in doing the most. I’m interested in getting it right.

I’m easy to direct, quick to adjust, and serious about making sessions feel smooth from start to finish. English and German both come through naturally, with the same ear, the same care, and the same standard behind them. Book now.

Where it matters

Across games, animation, commercial, and corporate, the standard stays the same: make it real. Audiences can hear when a read is trying too hard. If the honesty is missing, the rest falls flat.

German and English require the same level of precision, but not the same approach. Both need to sound lived in, natural, and effortless. Anything less feels off.

How I work

Direction lands fast, and I know what to do with it. I take the note, ask when something needs clarity, and get right back in. No wasted time, no extra drama.

The work is bigger than me. My job is to serve the material, stay locked in, and move the session forward exactly the way you pictured it.
